COOL EDIT PRO
I have been using Cool Edit for over 7 years now. Cool Edit Pro is the multitrack version. I have produced
"Texas Sky", "Curse Of The Fool", "The Point", "Mae Pyle", "Immortal" anc "All Over The World" (live and studio
versions) in Cool Edit Pro. I like it better than any other software I have tried including ProTools, Samplitude,
SAW and X-Tracks. While the recording industry has pretty much standardized on ProTools, I still much prefer Cool Edit Pro. It's
faster, easier to edit in. The proof is in the pudding. I use Cool Edit Pro with a Soundblaster Audigy card. Between
the card and the software you spend less than $400 for 64 tracks of digital audio at 24 bit. That is cool....Cool Edit Pro.
